Festive Dining at the Mulberry Café, Elton
Take a well-deserved break from the Christmas rush and treat yourself to a festive feast at the Mulberry Café. Set within the beautiful surroundings of Elton Walled Garden, our cosy café is the perfect place to catch up with friends, enjoy a family get-together or simply pause between the present shopping and gift wrapping.
Our kitchen team has created a delicious festive menu, with every dish freshly prepared. Start with homemade carrot and coriander soup, smooth duck and orange pâté, prawn and melon salad or creamy garlic mushrooms. For your main course, choose from classic roast turkey with all the trimmings (pigs in blankets, stuffing and rich gravy included), slow-roasted hand-carved sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding, salmon en croûte, or a roasted beetroot, spinach and goat’s cheese tart. Save room for dessert, though: traditional Christmas pudding with brandy sauce, mulled wine and cherry cheesecake, a light cranberry posset or an indulgent chocolate and hazelnut torte.
