Birth Preparation & Pregnancy Yoga
The practice of yoga during pregnancy gives substantial benefits to the expectant mother. Traditional Yoga postures, breathing techniques and deep relaxation are adapted to provide a strengthening, fun and safe method of exercise that helps prepare for the birth.
Tuesdays, 6.30-8pm, £42 for the block of 7 weeks
