Tai Chi on Thursdays
Tai Chi class suitable for beginners or experienced.
Tai Chi is a soft martial art practised slowly and used to maintain and improve health and fitness. Modern research shows tai chi to be of benefit to many conditions including high blood pressure, insomnia, arthritis and type 2 diabetes. Class also includes qigong (Chinese stretching and breathing exercises). Qualified 4th dengji instructor with more than 35 years experience.
Annual membership/insurance £25 due on third lesson - this is vali
every Thursday at 5.30 to 6.45pm.
pay as you go £7, or five classes for £25.
