Tai Chi for Living Well - Beginners' course.
The Tai Chi for Living Well course teaches the essence of Tai Chi through a series of simple Tai Chi exercises. These simple Tai Chi movements release tension, restore energy, increase well-being and improve posture.
The course is suitable for all ages and can be practised seated or standing.
Alan Smith has over 35 years experience teaching Tai Chi and meditation and is a fully registered trainer with the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain.
Thursday from 11.15am to 12.15am.
