New Beginners running course with Jelly Legs Running Club Starting 17th September 2012
Jelly Legs Running Club provides everyone with the opportunity to get active and begin running for fun and fitness. We provide a welcoming social, non-competitive environment in which people of any fitness level, age, size or ability have the opportunity to run together to improve their health, fitness and confidence. Beginners can expect to follow a training programme with the aim of reaching a level of fitness that will enable you to jog for 30 minutes without stopping.
