Nordic Walking

Outside exercise lifts the mood, and Nordic Walking can help protect you against osteporosis, help you lose weight and lift your mood by being outdoors. It is the fastest growing fitness activity in the world and is used by individuals, physiotherapists, doctors and health promoters because it is easy to learn, highly effective, affordable and enjoyable. The use of poles means the upper body muscles are used as well as the legs, enabling a full body workout in the fresh air and explore the many green spaces in and around the borough. No expensive equipment purchase required. NWUK licenced instructor.

09.30 - 10.30 approx. at Stockley Park. £26 for four weeks. Call 07771872592 / email learningmoves@hotmail.co.uk / twitter @LearningMoves / Facebook: Penelope Smith
