A celebration of American choral music!
Pinsuti, the Ilkley and Skipton chamber choir conducted by Robert Webb, invite you to a concert featuring four stirring motets by Aaron Copland; the soaring and evocative Agnus Dei by Barber; and Lauridsen's six fire songs, Madrigali, in Italian, a set of six madrigals about the pleasures and pains of love. Pinsuti will also be singing three quite unforgettable and unique pieces from their repertoire by the much acclaimed contemporary choral composer, Eric Whitacre: Sleep, Nox Aurum
