This event will show the role that metal detecting can play, and see some results it has achieved in the Wallingford area. Meet local metal detectorists and see their favourite finds. Bring along your own finds for identification by our archaeological experts.
Bring along your fossils to show our expert, Steve Head, who will be on hand to identify anything you might have found. Steve will also be able to show you some of his own fossil

Entry is by Museum ticket at the door - £5 per adult, which gives unlimited entry until 30 November - but accompanied children are FREE.
