JCPF Chakra Meditation Course - taught by Pam Ashenden

This is a 9 week Psychic and Spiritual Development Course, which is perfect for the beginner or for those who wish to improve and re-connect and it will both balance and stimulate the seven major chakras.
Pam is a professional medium and clairvoyant and under her gentle guidance, you will be taken on a journey meditation through the Chakras, awakening a psychic awareness as you progress. You will feel the coolness of the forest, the warmth of the sun and more, as Pam takes you on your journey.

Daytime classes commence at 10.30 a.m. and finish by 1.00 p.m.
