St Michael's ADS have chosen this enduring classic period british drama for their Spring Play. Set in the 1910s it's an enthralling tale of class, ethics & morality. Set over a couple of days following the annual Wakes holidays when the Mills shut down and folk took their holidays, follow the fortunes of two young people who spent an illicit weekend in Llandudno! And the effect this has on their families.
To bring the characters to life, we even have an actual mother & daughter playing the roles of Mrs Hawthorn & Fanny: Michelle Kenny and Isobel Kenny who is currently studying at LIPA Sixth Form college. And we are also lucky to have another young student from LIPA, Grace Woods, who is playing the wronged fiancee! The whole brilliant cast of nine gel together superbly! Please come and support them!
