Taking Mindfulness Deeper: refreshing and sustaining your practice
This five-week course is open to anyone who has attended an 8-week ‘Mindfulness for Health and Well-being’ course at Sharpham, or a similar course (such as MBSR or MBCT) elsewhere, and would like some guidance to support ongoing practice of mindfulness both in formal meditation and in everyday life. We will explore some specific aspects of mindfulness, such as embodiment and compassion, and the programme will be flexible depending on the needs and interests of the group.
