Chorley Branch LFHHS - April meeting

Our speaker tonight is Elaine Taylor from Lancashire Gardens Trust who will tell us about The History of Astley Hall’s Gardens.
Over the centuries the historical gardens around Astley Hall and Park have naturally changed, and been improved. This is the story of the park and its development.

The exterior door will open at 7pm, but will be locked at 7:40pm for security of the Hall, so please make sure you arrive in time.
Refreshments will be available following the talk, drinks and wrapped biscuit for 50p.
Raffle tickets are 50p each, and items offered as raffle prizes are always welcome.
If you are interested in family history, come and meet branch members, and find out what membership of the LFHHS offers. Application forms to join the Society will be available, please just ask.
