Commemorating the Crew of Lancaster ED 503 No. 9 Squadron
In 1943 a Lancaster aircraft crashed in a field at Sibsey Northland killing all members of the crew.
1 crew member was recovered and he is buried in Scotland.
We usually have around 100 people at the service to show respect to the fallen crew and to support the family of the crew that travel here every year.
