Transforming conflict after war: memory, heritage and digital media
This interdisciplinary session will canvas some of the variables and challenges associated with the gamification of contested heritage sites. Could visitors be engaged by digital media technologies to experience the plurality of memories and develop empathy and recognition of the cultural heritage of war beyond one- sided narratives?
