Our speaker tonight is Steve Williams – Railways around Chorley.
The Lancashire market town was well served by railways until the 1960s ; the talk is very much in the ‘then & now’ format with many never seen before photographs .
The exterior door will open at 7pm for a 7:30 start.
Refreshments will be available following the talk, drinks and wrapped biscuit for 50p.
Raffle tickets are 50p each, and items offered as raffle prizes are always welcome.

The Family History Research Centre in Astley Hall Farmhouse is usually open 3 days a week, with 1 Saturday per month.
