FREE Heartstart Training - Swallowfield & Wokingham Area
The course normally lasts for 2-2.5 hours and anyone above the age of 10 can attend. (contact us if you are a school or club who wish to have training). Topics covered include: •Priorities/the conscious casualty •The unconscious casualty •Cardiac arrest •Suspected heart attack •Choking •Introduction to the AED The course is delivered as a mixture of practical, theory and video so no previous experience / knowledge is required.
