Cooking Class: What to Cook this Spring
Carol Adams, Director of Food Adventure, has teamed up with Angharad Underwood, founder of The Preservation Society, for a hands on cooking class celebrating the best of Welsh spring produce. Angharad grew up on a farm cooking seasonal farm fresh food. Carol is a New Yorker with southern and Bahamian roots and loves to cook up meals celebrating those cultures. She has also lived and traveled around the world learning to cook a variety of world cuisines from keen home cooks.
