Spring Foraging for Wild Food

Join us on a spring wild food forage to discover the vast array of edible wild food delicacies that can found throughout the UK’s wild spacesIt will change the way you see and interact with the hedgerows in the future, from hawthorn berry chutney to wild garlic pesto, we will be trying lots of tasters during our stroll through the countryside whilst learning how to correctly identify the plants we will harvest to be used and cooked up for our lunch later in the day.
