Tai Chi on Saturdays (Monthly)
Monthly tai chi class. 10.00am to 2.00pm with short lunch break.
Warm up, kai men (stretching and breathing exercises), daoyin (meditative breathing exercises/qigong) and tai chi forms (Lee style). Everyone welcome including complete beginners.
May include tai chi sword, silk, staff, sabre.
Ideal for monthly training or as a supplement to our regular evening and daytime classes (see website).
Qualified instructor with more than 35 years experience.
