Hi, my name is Kathryn Clover. I have been teaching foraging for 15 years, including full-day wild Food cookery courses for the Parks Trust, I have lectured at the Open University, run courses for the Scouts, The Trefoil Guild, Nature's Harvest Health Foods, and I run regular public courses from venues in Bedfordshire.
I have been featured on the BBC, and in various publications such as Kitchen Garden, Backwoods Home, Bushcraft and Survival Skills Magazine and The Countryman. I am now a regular writer for Bushcraft Magazine UK and Backwoods Home US.
