Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life is a series of events raising money for research into all 200 types of cancer.

The Race for Life 5k is a series of routes around the country that give people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities the chance to come together and show cancer who's boss. They're not races, or runs, and everyone wins the Race for Life (except cancer).

10k (or just over six miles) may sound a little daunting, but it's not when you know you can do it at your own pace.

Pretty Muddy® isn’t like any other fundraising event. It's a 5k muddy obstacle course that everyone, no matter their ability, can take part in! Climb, crawl and slide your way to beating cancer.

Pretty Muddy Kids is a muddy obstacle course for children under 13 years old. Just like a rollercoaster ride, children must be over 1.2m tall on the day of the event.
