Bragborough Hall Health & Wellbeing Centre is a hub for Holistic and Complementary Therapies in Northamptonshire.

We are based within the grounds of Bragborough Hall Business Centre in our own building, and we have 6 therapy rooms where our team of experienced therapists offer a multitide of therapies including reflexology, message, hypnotherapy, indian head massage, Bowen technique, podiatry, gait analysis, nutritionist, health assessments, audiology, Reiki - and many more.

(We rent out rooms to self-employed therapists so if you are interested please get in touch.)

We also have a larger training room where we hold workshops, events and classes such as yoga, tai chi, mindfulness, meditation, etc.

There is a spacious car park with room for over 100 cars, and the centre is surrounded by beautiful countryside.
