A Therapeutic Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that uses therapeutic and restorative sound processes to soothe and balance your mind, body and spirit. The Sonic Den Therapeutic Sound Bath events are hosted by Tommy Regan a former international recording/touring musician and current Schools Music Specialist for a local authority Education Department. In addition, Tommy has extended his skills and interest in sound having also trained to become a qualified Therapeutic Sound Practitioner and now offers Meditative Sound Bath sessions for groups, 1-2-1's, corporate and wellness events.
