Yeovil Chamber Choir is an amateur chamber choir of about 20 experienced singers from Somerset and Dorset. Founded in 1992 by Antony Saunders, it has built up a reputation locally for high standards of music-making.
We are an enthusiastic, friendly and hardworking team and enjoy singing a wide variety of choral music both accompanied and a cappella, including new compositions. The choir performs a minimum of three concerts a year, usually in local churches.
Rehearsals are held on Wednesday evenings during term-time from 19:15 - 21:15 at St Andrew's Church, on the corner of Preston Grove and Grove Avenue, Yeovil.
Yeovil Chamber Choir welcomes interest from new members in all voices. A vocal assessment will be undertaken before singers are considered for a place.
