“A Stage for Everyone”

Herts Inclusive Theatre (HIT) aims to improve the well-being of people, particularly children and young people and those who are disadvantaged or disabled. We do this by using the theatre and the arts to build confidence and develop skills in an inclusive, fun, creative space.

We provide fully inclusive arts and theatre activities for young people in Hertfordshire including disadvantaged areas of Watford, Borehamwood, Stevenage and Hemel Hempstead. Led by experienced practitioners, our workshops are open to all and are especially welcoming to those with learning and physical disabilities.

We run termly theatre groups as well as provide a number of activities during the school holidays including two hour yoga and mindfulness sessions, full day skills workshops for young people and week-long ‘play in a week’ workshops.
