Leverstock Green Village Association

Leverstock Green Village Association is a voluntary group and CIO which seeks to promote and protect the interests of residents and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time. It also supervises the maintenance and management of the Village Hall in the furtherance of these aims. We lobby the local authority and others over issues which affect residents. We produce a bi-annual glossy newsletter which is delivered by volunteers to every household in our Area of Benefit; and we manage our Village Hall for the benefit of all residents and users. We hold regular events including the Village Fete in July; regular highly acclaimed quizzes; a Winter Fayre and Christmas Lights for everyone to enjoy. A variety of other activities are also regularly arranged. We have our own website (www.lgva.org.uk) and a Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/groups/229284140440/) We receive no income from the local authority, relying on fundraising to supplement hall hire fees which do not cover all our costs.
