Understanding Dementia

This Twyford-based charity (registered charity no 238331) aims to lessen the impact of dementia on those who live with it. It offers free training for family carers, whether they are supporting someone within their home or from a distance, and regardless of whether they yet have a dementia diagnosis.

The charity's courses run over eight weekly sessions. They are held face to face in Wokingham and Reading in different locations each term; Zoom courses are accessible from anywhere with internet access.
