Are you looking to find a choir?
The local Hedge End choir is run by Hampshire based musician Jan Moll. You may know about our unique sellout O2 arena event in 2013 and our secret singing flash mobs around country for Comic Relief (just search 'Great British flash mob' on YouTube!), but at Rock Choir we know it's not just about the unique huge events, it's about our choir members singing in the community. Join your local Hedge End Rock Choir to become part of this 'national phenomenon' (as described in the Sunday Times) and discover a whole new world of opportunities to sing and make friends!
If you find yourself racing through the week with no time for yourself, or struggling to meet new people in the area, then joining your local branch of Rock Choir could be just the thing for you. With our unique, no-pressure approach to teaching and fun, uplifting arrangements of your favorite hit songs Jan will guide you through your weekly dose of music, fun and laughter.
Here is a quote about our choir - 'I wanted to see if I could sing in a choir after being inspired by the 'Choir that Rocks' TV programmes in the Summer of 2011 and joined the new Bedford RC after a taster session. I am very proud of the choir and I find rehearsals inspiring as people are so friendly and the singing so uplifting.' - Jim (Rock Choir Member)
Rock Choir is a winner of the Red Ribbon 'Big Heart' Award. and holds 1 former and 2 current Guinness World Records. The choir is also credited with single handedly starting the contemporary choir movement...
