Our 7th. annual duck race, always a wonderful family day out. 1,000 ducks (plastic!) are thrown into the River Wye over the parapet of the bridge. They can then be followed by walking along the river bank, through Tintern old railway station and across the water meadows to the churchyard. There will be refreshments on sale there, including home made cakes and soft drinks. Watch the canoeists catch the winning ducks.
