Reiki 1 is the entry level of Reiki and the course enables you use Reiki for self healing and personal use (friends and family). I usually teach on a one to one basis but equally happy to teach friends together. All courses include the opportunity to give a Reiki treatment to another person (with me to guide you), meaning that you leave with a clear idea of how to give a treatment. There is plenty of opportunity to ask questions and I am happy to answer any questions after the course as they arise. I teach the courses in a very traditional way, as they were taught to me.
