This is a fitness class specially designed for senior 'adults' from 50 plus, but catering for all levels of fitness.
This new class follows on from the popular Tuesday class.
The class focuses on exercises to improve your day to day life, incorporating strength, balance and mobility which engage all of your muscles. These also minimise potential for injury.
Variations of exercises to suit ability are explained.
