'The Women's Quilt' will be on display at The Workhouse from Mothers Day 2020. This handmade quilt was made to remember women who lost their lives at the hands of their partners or ex-partners. Each of the 598 patches represents a woman who was tragically killed by a current or former partner in the UK between 2009 and 2015.
