Strength and Balance Exercise Classes via Zoom

These classes are 30 minutes long. There will be: Balance classes a standing class for falls prevention. Strength classes these can be performed seated or standing, using dumbbells or filled containers as hand weights. Theraband/resistance band for strength, can be performed seated or standing. £1.50 per ½ hour class, pay in advance.

Tuesday 3rd at 10.30am = balance
Tuesday 3rd at 11.15am = strength
Thursday 5th at 10am = theraband
Friday 6th at 10.30am = balance
