In this time of great uncertainty, we are all looking for something that we can actually rely upon. Buddha and his teachings are completely reliable and can never deceive us or let us down, even at the time of our death. By gaining experience of Buddha’s teachings we can come to live a life of hope and great meaning and to regard Buddha as our supreme unchanging friend.
