Price: £110 per person Ongar Road, Brentwood, Essex CM15 0LA 12K+ BRITISH OCR CHAMPIONSHIPS The British 12K+ Championship will be chip timed This event uses the 12K Rush course with an additional route and obstacles specifically for the British Championship There are 60+ Rush Obstacles All Rush course obstacles are mandatory All mandatory obstacles must be completed & can be attempted as many times as required in order to complete & move on. Failure to complete will result in a penalty Penalty obstacles must be completed on first attempt – penalty system details will be announced in the pre-race programme Obstacles to be completed as directed by marshals/adjudicators and to the rules in the pre-race programme Complaints or appeals must be reported to the relevant Technical Official team member according to the BOS appeals process which will be detailed in the pre race programme Competitors must be BOS current members at the time of the event Runners will be expected to warm themselves up Nuclear Rush non-competitive waves will start after all British Champs waves have set off Finish line: 2025 Nuclear Rush/British Champs Medal for all finishing competitors...
