Come and celebrate country life at The South Suffolk Show, Ampton point-to-point racecourse, near Bury St Edmunds (IP31 1HU), on Sunday 12th May! HOH Equine team will be performing in the Grand Ring with their highly skilled team of performance horses and riders, demonstrating poise and precision with an inspiring display of classical dressage, liberty, stunt and trick riding. Whilst JPL Shetland Pony Racing will provide a gutsy spectacle of speed! As always there will be plenty to see and do outside the grand ring including farriers in the forge, gun dogs working, terriers racing, farm machinery new and old, the Ferretworld Roadshow who will be looking for volunteers of all ages to race against their ferrets, and the infamous ‘Sheep Show’ with their dancing sheep! Not to mention the Art and Craft Marquee packed with unique creations, the Food Hall full of tempting treats, and sheep, pigs, cattle and horses all competing for rosettes amongst trade stands galore! Even canine companions will be catered for with a fun dog show run by ‘Pooch’s Yard’ of Thetford, taking entries on the day and offering rosettes for the waggiest tail and shiniest coat!
