Pavenham Plant Fair

10.30am - 2.00pm. £1.50 admission (children free) The Village Hall, Oakley Road Pavenham Bedford MK43 7PE Our annual Plant Fair returns! Specialist nurseries from 4 counties will be bringing high quality plants. Save fuel by coming to one location for many nurseries' products. Clematis, roses, shrubs, annuals and perennials, herbs, veg etc etc. Knowledgeable vendors (some new ) with time and expertise to give advice. Home-grown plants from the village (very keenly priced) too. Please note that several sellers as well as the gate and the refreshments stall may be CASH only. There are post offices in Oakley and Carlton (2 miles and 4 miles away) where many of you would be able to draw cash but it's better to come with enough - you might miss a fantastic plant! This is an outdoor event , only moving indoors if it pours. Tombola and garden bric-a-brac as well as home-produced food (bacon butties & burgers with Pavenham beef/pork) from the BBQ as well as coffee, cakes etc. There's free off-road parking (PLEASE don't park on the road) and a nearby children's play area.
