Four women, middle managers in a mineral water company are suffering on the kind of hellish learning/bonding experience companies used to enjoy inflicting on their employees. They are on a treasure hunt in the Lake District but as the play opens they emerge from the lake soaking wet because their boat has sunk due to Sheila not realising that boats do not steer like cars.
