Stafford Flower Club - A Flower Arranging Demonstration

We start our meeting at 2.15 pm and doors open from 2.00 pm. Visitors are £8.00 per meeting. Rising Brook Methodist Church Hall, Burton Square, Rising Brook, Stafford. (between the Coop Shop and The High School) ST17 9DH Sarah Fenton is a demonstrator who has done all her exams and tests through NAFAS (National Association of Flower Arrangement Societies) and has passed with flying colours. A qualified National Demonstrator, who lives near Shifnal, and travels all over, both nationally and internationally. I am sure she will have some lovely floral stories to tell. Sarah is also a fan of “Strictly” on TV and angles her theme for us to “Strictly Come Flower Arranging”. Expect lots of frilly and bright coloured flowers and foliage when she demonstrates her skills in floral art and see those flowers dance. The Bee Friendly Stall run by the Hardy Plant Society are bringing their popular stall of plants for sale as well as our own which will be on offer. Bag a bargain whilst you are with us as, sometimes there are quite unusual plants to be had. All the flowers that Sarah arranges will be offered as prizes for the raffle so, the more raffle tickets you have bought the more chances you have of having your ticket number drawn, then you will be able to take your pick of one of the arrangements to take home.
