Join us for a free walk to admire the birds and wildlife around Idle Valley with local birder, Gary Hobson. About the event In this session, we'll be walking a loop to Bunker Wood and back looking for summer migrants. Gary himself was a founding member of local group, Lound Bird Club, and is currently a volunteer for Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust (NWT) at the Idle Valley Nature Reserve and committee member of the NWT North Nottinghamshire Local Group and was the former BTO Wetland Bird Survey (WeBS) co-ordinator for Nottinghamshire for a period of 10 years. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for the weather on the day, plus food and water as required. Toilets and cafe facilities are available during usual opening times.
