Spoon Carving Workshop

The day will run from 10.30am until 3pm. £10 per adult Anagach Woods, Grantown on Spey PH26 3JL Join a Wild Things instructor to learn to shape wood into practical, functional objects. Intended for novices, over the course of the day we will cover how to use knives and saws safely and efficiently to produce a spoon from a green wood spoon blank. No prior experience is needed, and all carving equipment will be provided. Please be aware carving will require a moderate degree of manual dexterity, though where possible we will work to adapt techniques to assist any requirements.
