No previous experience is needed - Just a willingness to participate

April 17th & 24th ; May 1st 8th 15th 22nd : June 5th 12th 19th 26th : July 3rd 10th 17th
The session runs from 1.00 til 2.30 pm - get there when you can

If you need to unwind, de-stress or, mindfully ground yourself then come and drum. Think about this for a moment, rhythm is everywhere, put your hand on your heart and feel the rhythm of 'your' life! Take some time out to tune in to yourself, but don’t take my word for it – this is what the drum circle participants had to say” Jo: “I found the drum circle to be a lovely experience, the combination of drumming with friendly people made it an uplifting experience” Susan: “...Initially I was quite sceptical, yet I found when I’m drumming, I seem to be able to relax and concentrate at the same time.
