Unwind, slow down, tune in & connect to your inner nature on a wild wellbeing day! Join us for a nourishing and fun day in the woods and explore outer and inner nature together. You will be guided through breathwork practices and meditations during which we will explore how your breath can become your guide in navigating through the world. You will experience the healing & transformative power of breathwork and how the breath can connect us more deeply to the natural world around us. There will be time to drink foraged teas around the fire, play fun nature games together, learn about the trees and plants around us and connect to our surroundings through sensory exploration, movement and breath. Each day will start at 10.30am and continue until 3.30pm. Choose from the options below. Please dress for being outdoors, bring a drink and a packed lunch. These events are part of our Silver Saplings Programme and are kindly subsidised by our funders therefore all you need to pay is a non-refundable booking fee of £10 per person...
