Saltfleetby Scarecrow Festival Fun Day

1 - 4 pm FREE ENTRY. Marshalands Community Centre, Main Road, Saltfleetby, Louth LN11 7SS Home-made scarecrows begin appearing around the village of Saltfleetby from Monday 2nd September and stay up for one week. Come along to the Fun Day on Saturday 7th September for the prize-giving: the best made by a child, best made by an adult, most original idea and the funniest scarecrow, judged by Councillor Noi Sear. Prizes for the winners and runners-up, with a trophy for the overall winner. Lots of fun for all ages including: Bouncy Castle, Games, Entertainment, Beat the Goalie, Raffle, and a Bar. Live music by TRAKBAK playing hits from throughout the decades, and The Can't Sing Choir. Food and refreshments provided by SpudWagon, Pie-o-neers and Lincs Barista Ltd. Everyone Welcome!
