This exciting and prestigious new concert series will feature all 32 of Beethoven's Piano Sonatas throughout 2024. Featuring exceptional performances from leading UK and international pianists, these concerts will be an unrivalled opportunity to enjoy some of the world's greatest piano repertoire, as curated by our guest performers. Set in the stunning candlelit venue of St Giles Cathedral, with it's newly installed Steinway Grand Piano, this will be a musical experience to remember! Featuring Olga Stezhko (piano) Programme Beethoven - Sonata No. 18 (Op.31, no.3) Debussy - Hommage à Rameau Beethoven - Sonata No. 32 (Op.111) About Olga Stezhko Olga Stezhko is an award-winning concert pianist and critically acclaimed recording artist. Her striking and idiosyncratic programmes often explore hidden connections between music, science, and history across the past four centuries. Acclaimed by Classical Source in a Wigmore Hall review as 'a supremely delicate master of her instrument' who possesses 'an extraordinary presence', Olga has performed worldwide from the Barbican Hall in London to Salle Cortot in Paris to the Carnegie Hall in New York City.
