Pendigo Way, Marston Green, Birmingham B40 1NT The National Festival of Railway Modelling at the NEC promises to be the ultimate event for the railway modelling enthusiast, showcasing this amazing hobby to the masses. Whilst the show will include 60+ of the UK’s finest model railway layouts, all hand-picked by the editorial team behind BRM (British Railway Modelling), it will include some exciting new features to make it stand out from the rest. You’ll be able to drive your favourite locomotive, such as the Flying Scotman, in the free-to-use rail simulators, have a go on our ride-on-train (also free!) and take a walk around our new ‘Innovation Zone’. There will also be a World of Railways Cinema, showing some great railway modelling footage including our favourite layouts and essential practical advice. There will also be the UK’s leading manufacturers and retailers in attendance, including our headline sponsors Rapido, Accurascale and The Model Centre (TMC), plus a variety of clubs and societies throughout.
