To celebrate the 20th Anniversary since the first red kites were released in the lower Derwent Valley, the Friends of Red Kites (FoRK) are hosting a fun childrens’ activity morning at the Heritage Centre.
After a friendly welcome about red kites, there will be face-painting, red kite mask making, a fun quiz, drawing activity, badge making and name your own red kite!
All the activities are free, but donations are welcome to support the work of FoRK.
