As we transition towards the ultimate Yang of Summer Solstice, we look forward to longer days and increased sunlight. We instinctively yearn to become more active and to clear away the introspection of Winter. As nature awakens and new growth appears, we begin to feel inspired and motivated.
This day retreat will provide you with sessions of dynamic qigong and focussed meditation, designed to harness the rising energies, stimulate the qi to build a strong body and mind, and prepare us for the active summer months.

The venue is the historic Barley Village Hall, on the lush, green banks of Pendle Water, in a beautiful wood panelled room with a view of nature, at the foot of Pendle Hill.

Booking terms - payments are not transferable or refundable unless we can resell your place. If we can resell your place, an £8 cancellation fee will apply to the refund. Deposits are not refundable. Please find our full booking terms on our website or Facebook Event page.
Parking is across the road in the village car park and costs £3 per day.
