Time: 10am - 3:00 pm Southlands Arts Centre, 75 The Green, West Drayton UB7 7PW This is a relaxed and enjoyable workshop demonstrating the basics of recycling egg boxes to make beautiful handmade papers. Participants will learn how to create vats of pulp, how to make paper with inclusions such as dried petals and foliage or glitter, how to use the different types of moulds to make a post of papers, how to couch them and how to remove them from the post. At the end of the day, participants will take home a variety of sheets of paper and will have the knowledge to start papermaking at home. The class is suitable for complete beginners.
