Basic information: STEAM & ELECTRIC TRAIN RIDES at Ridgeway Park, Peel Close, off Old Church Road, Chingford E4 6XU. Every Wednesday during August. Train rides are available at £2 or £1 depending on the track. Children under 3 go free with an adult. During Summer (April - October), rides are also available on Sunday afternoons 1:30pm - 5:00pm. The 2 miniature train tracks are located at the back of Ridgeway Park, Peel Close, off Old Church Road, Chingford E4 6XU. (Near the Green Man pub near the top of Chingford Mount). Alternative entrances off Endlebury Road and Chingford Avenue, E4. There is a 1000 foot long 5inch raised level track (£1.00) and a 3000 foot long 7¼inch ground level track (£2:00).
